Is there such a thing as having too much technology? I'm always wanting the next best gadget, regardless of whether or not really add any value whatsoever in my life. Working for tech company helps me stay on top ... So, I want the LCD flat screen TV, this is my next purchase of technology. Will it add any value to my life? They are not. I get all the same channels with my regular CRT, but I want a flat panel. I'm the same way as a manifestation of new technologies. This makes the room look better for me. I did not want his "best solution" or whatever they're trying to sell you on - "high definition" - can hardly even notice that shit - and how much better viewed in "high definition" anyway? I've got friends that look their noses in the fact that not considered "high definition" too. How do I watch TV, which gathers signals from satellites in outer space absolutely barbaric, because it is not "high definition". Re-read the proposal, if you do not pick up on what I'm saying is. Ever see anything on the HD that you could not see on regular TV? NO. Does the picture look a little better? Yes, but that the change in content? No, but I still want it.
Ever wake up your mobile phone and a laptop looking at you in bed? Because you use both of them fell asleep ... BlackBerry flashes - who emailed me, because I was asleep? I need to know! Then you are disappointed because it was some stupid spam, how do you really think someone up at 3 am with important and / or the relevant e-mail that would be worth waking up for? From Blackberry to iPhone on the droids to what's next? I want the next best thing, and until her, I want the current best technology, if I can afford it. Where the droid with a cool look and legitimate iPhone keyboard Blackberry? Where Blackberry with 5-megapixel camera droid and classroom applications iPhone's? Where the iPhone keyboard BlackBerry, flash and a battery that lasts longer than half an hour? Why should I charge my iPhone all day, even when I do not use it?
Now here's my real problem, we all know that Apple could develop a more durable battery, camera flash for the iPhone and make the keyboard situation better ... but if they have done everything now ... Who would buy the next iPhone? IPhone 4G will have a flash so that we all upgrade to it ... then the 5G would be better batteries, 6G, they will have a decent keyboard setup, then? How about the menu button in each app? Even if it's touch screen menu button, just try it, Mr. Jobs ... see if people like it. Sometimes functionality beats style ... I'm just saying ...
When it all boils down to this, technology is playing a very fast pace, there are no timeouts, and you can not TiVo catch up with him at a later time at your discretion. (Need help with your technology? Call to make it work! ") So when you draw the line? How many is too many gadgets? iPhone, IPod, laptop, desktop computer, digital camera, Kindle, Blackberries, droids, flip digital camcorder ... etc. When there is a time when you have too much technology? We already have too much in our lives?
My thoughts are that when you have 2 or more pieces of technology that perform the same function, as well as for what you use them for ... its time to cut one of your life. Redundancy because dating is not productive purposes. Re-read the proposal, if you do not pick up on what I'm saying is. If you just read it, you feel kind of dumb now? Going forward, the laptops now do everything a desktop can do, and they also give you mobility. Desktop needs to go. If you have an iPhone, sales of iPod. If you have a Droid, sales of digital cameras. And when Mr. Jobs finally pushes 6G iPhone with a battery that lasts, a keyboard that's not a typo 50% of words attempted, 5 + MP flash and software upgrade that enables the functionality within each application, including e-mail (more like Blackberry) ... then we will all be set, is not it?
Or do we?
